FIGURES
Aside from games, figures are the second most common item to find in people's collection, and many have been produced over the years.
Although McFarlane and Yamato Toys were the only manufacturers providing Metal Gear figures for the first few years, it was Medicom that entered the business in 2002 and have since been dominated.
Although Medicom's lineup of Kubricks, Ultra Detail Figures and Real Action Heroes figures have been wildly successful, I believe there is still enough characters and interest in the franchise for companies like Hot Toys to step in and give them some competition. Even a return of McFarlane Toys would be widely welcomed by the collector community.
